HR Business Partner

As HR Business Partner at CO-RO you will have a central role with a focus split on your partnering areas and on developing tools and processes to support the business globally. 

CO-RO A/S is a global leader in fruit concentrates, fruit-based drinks, and home-freeze ice lollies. Our more than 1,200 employees globally work diligently to develop, produce and market products under our internationally recognized brands, Sunquick, Suntop, Suncola and Sun Lolly.

CO-RO, founded in 1942, is a Danish company with a global food print. The brands are available in more than 75 countries with production sites in Europe, Middle East and Asia. The position

In this newly created position, you will have a central role within the organization with many interfaces. Your tasks will have a high degree of variation and you will be able to influence focus areas, tasks and most importantly the impact HR has on the business.

As HR Business Partner your primary tasks will be to:

  • Lead recruitment activities in the partner group, to support the hiring managers
  • Lead annual completion of People Board process for partnering groups, including development actions and identification of talents
  • Support people manager’s work with employee engagement through completion and follow up of quarterly surveys
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives specifically for the partnering business areas
  • Support management in a pro-active way to navigate through changes and growth
  • Support Group initiatives such as Leadership Development and Talent Management 
  • Support continuous improvement of Performance Management process as well as processes and tools related to Compensation & Benefits
  • Support implementation of the global HR strategy and HR processes within the assigned business areas in collaboration with the global HR Team
  • Support development of other relevant tools, processes and business aspects when establishing business in new geographies

The profile

You hold a Master’s degree within Human Resource Management or Business Management and have a minimum of two year’s relevant experience. We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:
  • Strong Human Resources generalist capabilities and proven business partnership experience in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working with best-practice HR processes within performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits schemes etc.
  • High degree of business acumen and experience from a complex matrix organization
  • Skilled at communicating across organizational levels
  • Experience working in an international environment and willingness to support cross-border countries and business entities
