Staff conditions

Training
Our HR department offers both external and internal courses as required.
Our training policy also offers you the option of training subsidies in connection with professionally relevant
further training undertaken outside working hours.

Staff association
We have an active staff association known as CLUB CO-RO. The aim of the association is to promote staff
satisfaction through social, cultural and sporting activities. The association arranges company tournaments in
bowling, rifle shooting and football, as well as family days out, staff parties, bingo, a holiday lottery, etc.
Membership is voluntary.

Massage scheme
Massages are available to employees as the company has an agreement with ‘Sundhedsdoktor’ which sends
a fully qualified masseuse that provides massages at the company's premises. The required self-payment amount
is currently DKK 50.

Canteen scheme
Employees may join the canteen scheme which consists of a buffet. The company pays 50% of the price of the
lunchtime buffet. Membership is voluntary.
