Developing soft drink concentrates
In the 1950s, CO-RO FOOD developed a highly successful range of soft drink concentrates.
This heavily influenced the further development of the company, which continued to improve its
fruit-based concentrates. At the same time, a new production technique guaranteed that the fresh taste
of fruit was preserved.

Research and development
Over the years, CO-RO FOOD has gained a thorough knowledge of juices based on citrus fruits as well
as other fruits and berries. Considerable resources continue to be spent on research, product development
and laboratory control. This ensures that the products manufactured by CO-RO FOOD always meet the
expectations of consumers and the requirements of the authorities, and that new products are introduced in
line with market demands.

CO-RO FOOD is represented in more than 100 countries with internationally recognized brands such as
Sunquick drink concentrate, Suntop and Suncola still drinks, Sun Lolly ice lollies for home freezing,
Great carbonated soft drinks, Sunfresh still drinks, Sun-C and Original juices. Consequently, CO-RO products
are enjoyed by many people around the world – each and every day.

CO-RO FOOD has established a comprehensive global and local network. Over the years, CO-RO FOOD has
concluded franchise and local bottling agreements for Sunquick and Suntop in a large number of countries.

processes are closely monitored as part of our quality control system, and all facets of the production process
can be documented at all times.

CO-RO FOOD is ISO 9001 certified, which ensures that the company’s quality systems comply with the
internationally recognised ISO standard.

CO-RO FOOD has also implemented the food safety management system based on HACCP DS 3027/2002
(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
