The global marketing team is essential to delivering that as our overall team role is to translate consumer centric insights and business analysis into engaging and easily articulated strategies and plans, that help fuel our growth through brands by continuously seeking to delight our consumers with relevant brand experiences and great tasting products.

As Global Brand Manager Sunquick you will be reporting to Global Brand Director and together with the rest of the team work on delivering on our ambitious overall group and brand strategy. We have exciting brand development plans in the pipeline, with a series of new innovative initiatives and your focus will be helping drive the commercial part of these.

In addition, you will assist in initiating and leading relevant and prioritized strategic brand projects incl. planning, development, implementation, and evaluation across relevant regions/markets.


Responsibilities & Key Activities

  • Lead the development of global brand strategy and annual brand plans.
  • Drive, own and support prioritised and strategic brand projects (incl. development, implementation, launch, P&L/business cases and evaluation).
  • Be on top of the business performance as well as trends and insights and proactively taking action.
  • Operational daily brand management.
  • Close cooperation and coordination with the Regional Marketing Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor/control A&P budget.
  • Support local markets in brand activation planning and toolbox development.
  • Development and management of brand guidelines, brand asset elements etc.
  • Development and maintenance of brand related websites.


Your profile

To be successful in this role it is important that you master all the typical marketing and project management skills, which can help drive your objectives and projects in complex environments. The role is ideal for the candidate who is at a stage of his/her career where he/she has started to broaden global and category experience with demonstrable examples and success.

We envision that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in fast moving consumer goods or the beverage industry.
  • Passionate about brands and branding.
  • Have a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative and drive tasks forward.
  • Experience across all core marketing and brand management fundamentals.
  • Solid project management skills incl. cross-functional project leadership experience.
  • NPD development experience, from consumer-insight and demand space identification through to concept development, validation, business case development and launch.
  • Excellent working knowledge across all media types, inclusive of mass reach, digital, and search platforms with experience managing multiple creative agency partners.
  • Proven Digital experience (SEO, Organic Social, Brand Website, etc.).
  • Eclectic approach to problem solving, able to join the dots, seeing the same as others but thinking something different.
  • Ability to quickly translate new insights into commercial opportunities to drive your brand(s).

As this is a global role that requires that you are present where the consumers and customers are, the role also requires that you can travel up to 50 days per year.
