Global Junior Brand Project Manager

We are looking for a commercially and creatively competent Global Junior Brand Project Manager to join one of Denmark’s leading food and beverage companies.

CO-RO is a global FMCG company employing more than 1,200 employees, of which 300 are based in Denmark. Our turnover is DKK 2 billion, generated through sales of own-brand products to more than 80 markets. We produce and market drink concentrates, fruit drinks and home-freeze ice cream under internationally recognized brand names such as SUNQUICK, SUNTOP, SUNCOLA and SUN LOLLY. We are financially strong and have an ambitious growth strategy.

Today we have partners in more than 80 countries, and together we provide consumers with 3.5 billion servings of high-quality fruit-based soft drinks each year.

The position

As a Global Junior Brand Project Manager, you will be working with and supporting the implementation of our strategic global brand projects. We have very exciting brand development plans in the pipeline, with a series of new innovative initiatives and your focus will be on helping CO-RO bring these initiatives to our markets and regions.

In addition, you will assist in supporting the implementation of relevant tactical projects including planning, development, implementation and evaluation across brands, regions and markets.

You will report to the Global Brand Director who is responsible for the overall strategic direction.

Headlines of the position include:

  • Assisting with brand and project reporting (including but not limited to development, implementation, launch and evaluation).
  • Aiding follow up on brand investments including production, brand development and research.
  • Helping with the cooperation and coordination with the Regional Marketing Managers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting local markets in brand activation planning, toolbox development and deployment.
  • Assisting in the development and management of brand guidelines, brand asset elements etc.
  • Aiding the development and maintenance of brand related websites and platforms.
  • Helping coordinate and promote best practice sharing between regions/markets.
  • Assisting with the management and coordination with our creative agencies and other appropriate partners.

The profile

This position is ideally suited for someone with one – three years of experience, currently working in a project management, brand marketing, customer/trade marketing role, who is looking for a more broadened experience and who wants to take on a role that offers a global challenge.

To be successful in the role, it is all-important that you possess a sufficient marketing and project management tool box, which can help support projects in a complex, dynamic and fast-paced working environment.

Experience within fast moving consumer goods or the beverage industry is desirable but not essential.

You are educated to minimum a bachelor’s degree level, ideally in a business-related subject, from a recognized university.

You are fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
