Getting hired

Our goal is to find the perfect match between people and opportunities.

What happens when you apply for a position at CO-RO? Most importantly, you can be sure you will be well informed about what is going on, every step along the way.
Our Human Resources department will handle the application and work closely with the department in which you’ve applied for the job. If we find your profile interesting, we’ll ask you to come in for an interview. We’ll tell you more about the job and use the interview as an opportunity to find out more about each other.

Afterwards, you will receive feedback and, if you’re still to continue in the process, we’ll invite you to complete some online tests and another interview. If the match isn’t right for this particular position, we can keep your application in our database should another vacancy arise – with your permission.
