Presenting the Danish “Royal Medal of Recompense” to our colleague

Today, Friday September 8, we had the pleasure of presenting the Danish ‘Royal Medal of Recompense’ to our colleague, Rudi Hein. The medal can be awarded after 40 years of service to the same private employer.

Rudi has been part of the CO-RO family since 1980 – most recently as ‘Site Installation Lead’ – and he has played a key role in building up our factories and production lines across the world.

This year Rudi decided to retire but when we needed assistance at our factory in Malaysia a couple of months after his retirement, Rudi took the first plane to Malaysia to support the local team.

Congratulations to Rudi on the very well-deserved medal and we thank him for his dedication, loyalty, and commitment throughout his 42 years of employment with CO-RO!
