The whistleblower system can be used by our employees and external stakeholders such as partners, customers, and suppliers for reports concerning any CO-RO Group company globally.

What can be reported:

Serious breaches of our code of conduct or violations of the law including issues relating to:

• bribery and corruption
• competition law
• fraud
• financial crime
• food safety and quality issues
• harassment, violence and discrimination
• occupational safety rules
• international trade controls
• protection of personal data
• serious environmental damage
• conflicts of interest

The whistleblower system may not be used to make false accusations against others, and deliberately untrue information may not be reported.

The system is hosted by an independent third-party company and provides a safe channel for anonymous and confidential reporting compliant with all personal data protection regulations. All reports are treated strictly confidential.
