Global Quality Assurance Officer

CO-RO is looking for a Global Quality Assurance Officer to join our dedicated team and help ensure excellence across our international bottling operations.

This globally focused role involves regular travel—approximately 50% of time —to support our bottlers across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Preferred candidates bring relevant travel experience in the Middle East and the flexibility to undertake assignments in the region.

While the position is based at CO-RO’s headquarters in Frederikssund, Denmark, we’re open to considering other CO-RO sites for the right candidate.

The position

The focal points of the position are to:

• Assess Quality documentation gaps, define and write Global Quality Standards
• Conduct of Internal audits of bottlers, suppliers and co-manufacturers to ensure alignment with Global Quality Standards and quality certification requirements.
• Perform Quality evaluation and approval of Suppliers and Co-manufacturers.
• Support innovation/renovation programs in close coordination with Regions, Project teams, Liquid development and Packaging functions.
• Coordinate and implement IT solutions in the scope of Quality-related procedures and activities.

In the role, you will enjoy a broad stakeholder interaction – e.g. with Quality Control, Manufacturing, Liquid Development and Procurement, and will have international exposure and the possibility to interact with colleagues and suppliers from many different countries and regions.

The profile

We imagine that you hold a relevant quality or technical educational basis. Furthermore:

• Your professional experience is essential, and you possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes in an international environment.
• You hold technical knowledge from the food industry, preferably from a beverage manufacturer.
• You have auditing experience, in-depth technical knowledge of food safety, quality management systems and regulatory requirements and knowledge of Quality Certification Standards
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• You must be fluent in English – both in writing and speech – and be willing to travel internationally 50% of the time.

Please note that knowledge of analytical and microbiology testing will serve advantageous and will prove beneficial in our selection for the role.
