As Senior Brand Manager, you will support the Marketing Manager in driving the execution of our marketing strategy and ensuring strong brand performance. You will work closely with marketing colleagues, procurement, sales, creative agencies, and senior management to deliver integrated brand-building activities across Malaysia.

Your role will span campaign execution, category insights, digital activation, stakeholder collaboration, and budget management — all contributing to strengthened brand equity and market growth.

What You’ll Do

Drive Campaigns & Brand Strategy

• Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing plans and integrated campaigns.
• Lead daily marketing activities across BTL, digital, and social media platforms.
• Execute assigned initiatives from planning through implementation and performance tracking.
• Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all consumer touchpoints.
• Lead content planning and execution for digital and social channels.

Lead Operational & Tactical Marketing

• Manage new product launches in line with the annual marketing calendar.
• Drive the end-to-end development of POSM materials in partnership with design and procurement.
• Support daily marketing operations to ensure brand alignment and fit-for-purpose execution.
• Work closely with the national events team on activations and sponsorship support.

Own Budgets & Reporting

• Manage A&P spend within approved budgets.
• Track and validate expenses for Sunquick and Sun Lolly with accurate reporting.
• Prepare monthly performance updates, including campaign results and budget reviews.

Bring Insights to the Business

• Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and market dynamics.
• Share insights and recommendations with key stakeholders in an engaging and actionable format.

Collaborate & Influence

• Build strong relationships with internal teams, management, agency partners, and distribution partners.
• Successfully coordinate with sales, finance, procurement, and external networks to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing.
• 4–7 years of marketing or commercial execution experience (FMCG experience is an advantage).
• Native English & Malay; Mandarin is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with retail, FMCG, and/or agile marketing approaches is a plus.
