We’re on the lookout for a curious, detail-oriented Student Assistant to support our technical product documentation and ingredient data processes. If you’re passionate about food, technical details, and making things run smoothly, this role might be where you’ll kickstart your FMCG experience before you even graduate!

The Position

We are happy to offer a new position as a student assistant in our Technical and Regulatory Services department, lasting 12 months. Startup will be from January 2026. The position is 10-20 hours per week on average, and you will be able to schedule your work around exams, holidays etc. The workplace is in our headquarters in Frederikssund (work from the office).

You will enjoy a broad variation in your assignments and thereby learn many aspects of the technical documentation necessary for a global fruit drink and ice lolly manufacturer. You will do administrative tasks while assisting your colleagues and take on your own tasks that meet your skills and ambitions.

The position is within Technical Data Management which is where we make sure all documentation is in place for our production plants around the globe to serve up perfectly refreshing Suntop, Sunquick, Suncola and Sun Lolly. We also make sure we have all the technical data needed for each and every raw material, confirming that everything lives up to our juicy standards. This involves contact with our many suppliers and maintaining our raw material data system.

We work in close collaboration with several departments and with colleagues around the world – a true international environment with global reach. English is the business language.

The Profile

The ideal candidate is a student of Food Engineering, Food Science, Food Chemistry or equivalent. As a person, you are self-driven, proactive, and possess strong collaboration skills. You have an eye for detail while not losing overview of your tasks. Fluent English in speech as well as writing is a must. Fluency in any other language of countries where CO-RO is present can be considered a plus but is not a prerequisite.
